Autumn
In the hush of dawn's shadowy light
Dews whisper with sheepish might
With a nippy touch of the placid morn
Here quietly rises the fairy Autumn
Rudeneja so teases the wind
To gently blow and softly bind
The pleasant smiles of the Kash flowers
As they gently pirouette along busy hours
While the distant trees feel so ashamed
As the day has unjustly left them bald
And their birds left for a warmer climate
To glow in the painter's aureate palette
In a soft drizzle under the translucent sky
Nature so passionately winks her eye
As the earth readies for the Big Festive day
Amid drums and shoutings she doth sway
So autumn blesses and beacons man
To dream for a serene time in a good season.
