على صعيد التحالف الاستراتيجي مع الصين، تقدم الصين استثمارات ضخمة تقدر بحوالى مليارات دولار لتعويض خسائر قناة السويس.كما أن هناك نقلة نوعية تقوم بها الصين في مصر من أجل توسيع التعاون في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة لفرز وتصنيع وتنقية المعادن النادرة وفي مجالات الصناعات الاستراتيجية، ستقوم الصين بدعم الاستثمارات في الصناعات الثقيلة والقطارات السريعة. وعلى صعيد التعاون الإفريقي، فإنه جاري توسيع الاستثمارات المشتركة في أفريقيا وفقًا للرؤية المصرية.  فيما يتعلق بالاستثمار الروسي في مصر،

جاري تسريع الجدول الزمني للمنطقة الصناعي الروسية في قناة السويس. بالإضافة الى تسريع إنشاء محطة الضبعة النووية وتخفيضات في استيراد الأعلاف والأسمدة.. وفيما يخص الأمن القومي، جاري قطع الدعم عن ميليشيات الجنجويد في السودان.
